ALL CUSTOM MADE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS AT THE EVENTS IF THEY ARE FAULTY OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.
All piercing jewelry is NOT returnable due to strict health concerns with no exceptions.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for UNWORN jewelry. If you would like to return an item, a request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. The return must be shipped within 5 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number.
Should return service be required, please email us at joycewustudio@gmail.com and include your name, address, order number, proof of purchase, reason for return, and photos of the damage. We will respond with further instructions on how to proceed.
All returned items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unaltered and undamaged), including original packaging, and suitably packaged to protect them in transit. Ship your return with an insured mail service and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also advise you as to the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Any shipping charges are not refundable, unless we have sent an item in error. For orders outside of Taiwan there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that we will not cover or reimburse these fees.
We cannot accept returns for items purchased anywhere other than Joyce Wu. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased.
We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns.
