Warranty Period: We provide a 90-day limited warranty period from the date of receipt of purchase.
Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship (but does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper handling or storage, misuse, negligence, accident, modification, and other factors not due to defects in materials or craftsmanship) and we will at our discretion repair the breakage free of charge. The warranty does NOT cover ring resizing, lost stones or the clasp mechanism – charges may apply. Repairs needed after 90 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense.
Should repair service be required, please send us an email at email@example.com and include your name, address, proof of purchase, problem in detail, and photos of the damage. We will respond with further instructions on how to proceed.
Ship your repaired item with an insured mail service and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Repairs take 2 – 4 weeks to complete and customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Please accept our apologies for we may not be able to repair older or certain pieces due to unavailable components.
We cannot accept repairs for jewelry purchased anywhere other than Joyce Wu. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and need a repair, please contact the original seller.
Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis and we reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repairs.
